Kimberley Matthews Fraser has been with the firm since its creation, assisting Andy Manatos in its establishment and development into the widely respected firm it is today.

As Vice President of the firm, Kimberley has overseen notable clients from the Westinghouse Corporation, the Embassy of Japan and the American Clinical Laboratories Association to the Smithsonian Institute. She helped establish the US Senate Productivity Award and while managing the firm’s representation of the City of San Francisco, spearheaded the AIDS coalition to secure appropriations in the early stages of the epidemic.

More recently Kimberley helped establish and served as Executive Director of the non- profit Committee for Citizen Awareness which provided over 360,000 free civic videos to high schools nationwide featuring notable leaders including Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Colin Powell, over 200 members of Congress, and others. She now serves as Executive Director of the non-profit, non- partisan American Democracy Month Council.

Kimberley comes from a military family but calls Washington, D.C. home.  She is married to John Fraser with three adult children– Nikki, Christopher and Alexandra. A graduate of Duke University, Kimberley serves on the Board of the US League of Women Voters.
